Connie is a movement educator and BASI Pilates Mat instructor, E-RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, Somatic Practitioner, and Co-Trainer for The Yoga Therapy Institute’s 200-hour yoga teacher training programme. Her contemporary teaching approach integrates functional movement, interoceptive awareness, and structured progression, supporting students in developing autonomy, confidence, and informed movement choices.

Grounded in an evidence-informed understanding of movement science, anatomy, the nervous system, and behaviour, Connie’s work continues to evolve alongside current research and professional practice. At the same time, she remains responsive to the individual in front of her, enabling her to deliver effective and personalised instruction in both group and one-to-one settings.

Designed to support long-term physical and psychological wellbeing of the modern person, Connie’s approach helps clients cultivate a more intentional, adaptable, and sustainable relationship with movement that extends beyond the mat and into everyday life.
