Connie combines classical and contemporary styles of Pilates.
Mat Pilates is a form of movement practice focused on strength, mobility, stability, posture, breath, and body awareness using primarily your own bodyweight.
The repertoire is performed on a mat with options to incorporate small equipment such as resistance bands, balls, or weights to support and challenge movement.
-
Mat Pilates can help improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, posture, and overall body awareness.
It supports efficient, functional movement patterns while building core stability and full-body control.
Many people also find Pilates beneficial for reducing tension, improving movement confidence, and creating a more balanced relationship with exercise.
-
Group classes offer a shared movement experience in a supportive studio environment, following thoughtfully designed class programming with general adaptations provided where possible.
